I've seen worse. Of course,those were done with a razor blade and charcoal.

Any more info on this method? I googled it and I couldn't come up with anything.

That's actually kind of personal, and I don't give a fuck that you or any other wanker has a problem with it. It's a freight train and the tattoo has a hell of a lot more meaning and symbolism than most of the nonsense people get written on their bodies.
