I dunno about the trans scene there but if you have the time, you should definitely visit some of the museums and sites that place has- very much a once in a life time opportunity. So much history.
And maybe its easier to withdraw from life

thats a good start, what about bars or clubs? and obviously look for t-girls nto sight seeing
