There is no spot training abs either. Abs are a function of overall body fat, and not doing one exercise, so those guys who say they do 1000 crunches in the gym are just wasting time

Very true, anyone else that says differently in misinformed.

thx Kelly...it is a porn site but it is also our little community...I think it is how our board separates us from others...we don't act like we are better or more relevant than anyone else...we will always have our problems in here but we always weather the storm...so with that said I hope you are able to move on with your life and turn the page.....im sure you will...

Glad that you revealed that to us, Kelly. I know that it helps to write out your troubles sometimes--hell, I've done it here before--and I can see that it must have helped you. Anyway, like Peggy said it takes a lot of balls (no pun intended) to post something like that.

LTR I'm sure he had his reasons, for whatever reasons he decided I'll just have to deal with and let go. Which I am doing.
