Riders on the Storm is a great car crash song. When I was 17, bummed a ride after a dance to go to a party. We were making a left hand turn and were rammed by a Vette. Which happened to be my brother-in-law old Vette which he had sold and I had driven before. The spooky thing was, we took out a telephone poll in a Pinto and I got temporary amnesia.

The funny thing was Riders on the Storm was on the radio. I remember the line "If you give this man a ride sweet memory will die...."

Go figure! True story.
