I am not trying to be rude or anything, but every board I've been on over the years (regardless the topic) usually when someone gets called on using all caps, its not due to rather or not they're a new face on the board.

Honestly, if the font size is all the same on one post- and its all caps, i read it as screaming/yelling even if it is all a tiny font size.

Now when I write on paper I usually write in all capitol letters, I don't when I type. I guess its from doing so much in terms of technical drawings the old fashioned way (aka on a drafting table with pencil).
