As I've said elsewhere, if others like something I don't like, like F2M transsexuals, then good for them. Transitioning is an intensely difficult choice, and it can really fuck with your self confidence. It takes a lot of us years to learn to love ourselves even if we may be different. And I don't like people being put down for that, and described as disgusting.

From what I can tell, one of the problems that always comes up in the more contentious topics like this one is that people are unable to make both make their point and respect those of others which differ, without resorting to name calling and the like. What you need to understand is that no one is talking about you and the difficulties you might have had transitioning, being accepted by your family as a transgendered person, etcetera, or making an attack on the transgendered community. So don't take a comment made about whether someone finds Buck physically unappealing as a comment about you personally, and flashback to unpleasant days in your past. It's not only not about you, but it's not about Buck even... It's about the people making the comments, and what they do and don't find physically attractive. I mean, you're defending whether Buck should be considered an attractive porn star for goodness sake, as if everyone has the same tastes! Please, come off it!
