Default I Think I Was Born This Way!

I sincerely think I was born this way.

In my attraction to TS women I have gotten close to plenty of gay and transgendered people. In dissecting the many stories that I have heard regarding how these people feeling as if they were born to be gay, bi, or transgendered I have seen many similarities between my own history and my own story.

I have heard a lot of different stories about how other guys ‘discovered’ this attraction. Most times it seems like it was some hot porn layout or some hot girl that they came upon by chance or similar incident that sparked something within themselves.

For me it was always there it seems. Long before I was at the puberty stage, long before I was even at a stage of liking girls it seems like it was there inside of me. Any time that I saw any kind of pretty girl that was in anyway trans it would set off something in me. If I saw a feature on a pretty and real looking drag queens on a talk show, if a sitcom had a female character that used to be a male, if there was something in a newspaper, magazine article or book it grabbed my attention.

I remember around the age of 7 or 8 seeing a feature on the Miss Continental pageant or something similar on Real People and friggin swooning over the girls on the screen. I remember going to a Halloween party as a young kid and seeing some other kid dressed in drag, who looked convincingly like a female and being confused and attracted. It was worse when the big story among my parents and their friends was about one of their friends’ friends whose son, who was older than me, had become this beautiful girl. I was losing my mind trying to see her.

It ain’t about a girl having a dick either. Dicks can be cute, sexy, hot, and even more but a dick has never been my aim when dating a TS. I really learned that in dating 2 post op girls. I never missed it. However when I have dated genetic women, even in the best relationships, I have felt a pull to TS women. I love women with all that I have but when I have had serious relationships with transwomen I felt a satisfaction that that I didn’t feel when I dated genetic women.

We put much of this attraction in the realm of kink, and for most, I think it is that. Can there be some predisposition to a trans attraction? Even if science has yet to discovered it, I am strongly inclined to say that this condition does exist.

The same thing happened to me with bondage - and my lovers that I've shared this interest with said they thought about it when young too. When I first saw Penelope Pitstop get tied to railroad tracks, it mad me go hmmm.
When I was seven I told my family that I dreamed I had tied a woman spreadeagled to a door. When I heard that animals got stuck and died in the tar pits, I wondered what it felt like to become stuck in tar or quicksand. I experimented with tying up my first girlfriend, but she didn't like it and I thought maybe I was a perv. But since then, have been with women who love it - and get into scenarios and have fun with it - and we get off like rockets. The thing is for the 'safe, sane, consensual' rules to be in place.
To be more on topic - I was fascinated by the kind of things you talk about as well. But I have to say, the first kink seems like a lot less trouble and just as much fun. Not to say that I don't recognize this is not just a kink for real transsexuals - I'm talking about my decision to involve myself with it. For me, I come into contact with living breathing extremely cute women every day - where the only comparable encounter with an actual ts cost me $200. I'm sure it's different for the women here, and the guys that hang with them, and I am not belittling that.

Thanks for sharing. I feel similar to you. I first became aware of my attraction at around six years old, when I was fooled by a very convincing female impersonator on a comedy show. I had similar fascinations thoughout as you did. Even though I always loved women, this was part of me too.

Rangehova, I must say that I truly enjoy reading your posts on
the dynamics of transsexualism from a male perspective.

They are analytical and well articulated. I also value that your
perspectives aren't limited to just the sexual aspects of transgenderism.

I get a sense that you know whereof you speak, and have truly taken
the time to know the women for the multi-dimensional beings that
    they are.

I find this post, with your examination of why men are attracted to
    transwomen particularly intriquing.

When we ask women the hows and whys of their path to who they are,
the answers are usually fairly straightforward, they basically knew at
a very early age that this was who they were destined to be.

However, when you ask a man what is it that causes him to be attracted
to transwomen the answers aren't quite as clear. Perhaps most
men haven't done a great deal of introspection into their attraction.

Though there does tend to be one constant, and that will be that there
is a psychosexual attraction to the penis, with a fairly high percentage
of men being attracted to the women because they have a penis.

What I find very interesting is your statement is that you will prefer
a transwoman even though she may have a vagina, to a natal female
with a vagina, though you state that you are attracted to pre op
    women as well.

Equally interesting is the duration of your preference. For you, it appears
to have been very longstanding, as well as being very ingrained.

While we still have not been able to pin down the causal factors that
cause men to be attracted to transwomen, it's great to see someone
take the time to examine the roots of their interest.
