I'm assuming the procedure gets a little better every few years. I think I've read that some but not all postop women can orgasm. Not needing that procedure myself, I haven't really done my homework. What do the experts say? What's the customer satisfaction rate? Cause losing my O would be my big worry, assuming there were no complications.
