I think some people would be turned on by the fact that they know their partner was born a male...or turned on by the fact that everyone around him doesn't know the truth about his partner. Just a quick thought.

I don't personally need a reminder of my partners origins. I would like to think that I would be attracted to all of her. Not just the fact that she has a cock.
