Religion problem
I just realized I scheduled an adult shoot for Easter. That is really wrong on so many levels. I didn't even realize it because I no longer celebrate holidays.

As a formerly devout catholic and now studying buddhist, I've come to realize that if you have love in your heart and compassion towards others, that's all that matters. So, if you have to work on a holiday it's not the end of the world. Although it is a little weird once you realize it. I once went out drinking with some buddies on Good Friday and then we remembered what day it was. Oh well, life happens.

I'm not in the industry, and I will work 363 days of the year - even
Sunday, but Easter and Christmas are a no go for me.
On a related note, there was a movie about a 'lady of the evening'
who would work any day but Sunday.

Actually I just scheduled a shoot for Sunday also Vicki - and I never would have even known it was Easter unless I had read this post first. I have no family in So Cal - so nobody to really celebrate holidays with. But maybe I'll bake a ham and hide some eggs and after some great fucking the models and I can have an easter egg hunt and a nice meal. That's what holidays are about anyway. You're more than welcome to join us if you're shooting in So Cal but either way I wouldn't worry about. I've talked to Jesus a few times and he's cool with it.
