I have a friend who says that is Transsexual but with a lot of fear because the words that is saying are things like "I won´t be passable".

Do you believe that a 24 years old person with 180cm of height and 78Kg of weight have any opportunity to be passable?

there are lots of not particularly attractive women
out there. if you end up looking like one of them
you (or your friend) can still pass quite easily.

the fact that this site is geared to models ( of a sort)
skews the whole demographic of girls who post pics
and participate in discussion.

i know a 6'3" trans woman who passes just fine, as
a VERY tall woman.
