    Default Rookies and newbies.

Of late, I have noticed a large influx of new members, and
I think that is a great thing.

And being rookies they are going to say or do things that
    a veteran member wouldn't.

Some of the rookie are new to this forum, and may not be
knowledgeable of some of the nuances of the forum. When
I am new to a forum I tend to take a moment or two to peruse
previous posts to get a sense of the people and style of the board.

Other rookies appear as if they are new to 'the life'. They appear
to lack a basic understanding of issues and concerns facing
    transpeople.

Well, they are in luck for they have stumbled into a real 'brain
trust'. There are many people here who are very knowledgeable
    on the topic of trangenderism.

Thus, if they are in fact sincere in their desire to learn more about
transwomen, and how to interact better with them, then I would
encourage them to open their minds, and be receptive to new
    concepts.

Welcome to HA, and enjoy your stay.

HURDLE #1: If guys would learn to stop over complementing, and not compliment every tranny (or girl) they see and talk to (so a girl would feel it was sincere and that she's special), maybe they'd get somewhere but a dead end! lol

Not claiming like I know absolutely everything about the subject, but I would like to think that I have a good knoweldge of the topics that you mentioned--some of them I knew already, most I learned just by coming here.

    But thanks, I guess?

While if I could go back in time and change things, God knows I would, I also realize that such a thing is impossible. So I just have to move on with my life and make sure that I come out the other side a better person. That’s all there is too it.
