Either is fine.
Like Tara Emory, I often seen her with her hair in the short bob style she often did, but recently, she's grown it out quite a bit and it looks just as good on her.
Hard to really say which I prefer till I see the person.

Both long and short hair look good to me, depending on the hairstyle and also as long as the hair length does not go to extremes in either direction.
