Like you are being watched?

Sometimes I feel like I am being watched in the shower..or someone is behind me. It's the eeriest feeling sometimes..I am not saying it happens all the time..just every once in a while. I can't sleep unless all the doors and windows are locked as well as my closet and bedroom door. It's so weird to me sometimes...just wondering if others have felt this?

I guess i was shot in the back in a past life, For some reason i have always been that way, even as a little kid.I guess i'm a tidbit paranoid.And it seems you are as well.

yeah and my brother terrorized me as a child letting me know there's monsters underneath the bed and closet I remember laying things down on the floor just to get out of my bedroom to go to the bathroom or something lol

For me my blanket was an inpenatrable shield that monsters could not pnetrate.When i was little and scared i completely covered myself in my blanket like a cacoon.All hail the blanket shield!
