    all jokes aside I work out daily, between the gymtime, martial arts, or mountain biking I swear by Probolic. To be honest it's overpacked with protein compared to other brands. Mega will tell you otherwise, and he is the expert, but I have been using it for 2 years, once I started I noticed differences quickly.

    Thanks for the advice I think I will definitely give it a try I need something that has as much protein as possible as I have a really high metabolism and although I find it easy to stay in really good shape, I find it harder to get bigger and actually gain weight in lean muscle mass. I usually train three times a week (mainy freeweights and resistance machines) and I also box on an amateur level so the advice is appreciated and the price seems very reasonable compared to allot of the stuff in the specialist stores where I live and the shipping costs to UK are quite good too.

    The supplements suggestion is good. I use Zinc and L-Arginine and noticed a difference in a couple of days.

    While I would not normally suggest hardware, there is a device that is simple that works. Do a google search for ( "ring of power" zinc copper ). It is made using rubber tubing, copper tube and zinc tube. You wear it so that the copper is on one side and the zinc on the other. It creates a mild electric current through a normal reaction. Very safe.

    You can make one for about $10. Wear it for one day and you will be surprised.
