These places will check you our and fis what ails you and most of the time its a free service. Just do a seach on the net with your city and the words STD Clinic.

Maybe you mean for reasons of "embarassment," as it might be difficult to face a physician whom you have long known and with whom you have developed somewhat of a personal relationship...But "discretion?"
