i pay £100 for an 8 week batch of hormones... thats $200.. multiply by 6 to get a years batch... and that's £600 / $1200... and its recommended to be using them for at least 3 years... thats £1800 / $3600, but then i have to go on other tablets... but they're a lower dose and less expensive... but that's not the expensive part im afraid..
there's also a new home - if you're like me and not really accepted, clothes, make-up, jewelry, beauty products... it all amounts, and it's an even greater climb if you're not from a wealthy background to begin with...
as for surgery... it's not something im looking at, apart from the final part of course... im not a fan of being cut open and things like that lol

Personally, all I am going to say on this one was back around 2004 I had about 100 girls on my YIM list that I actively talked to (most are no longer online but we all know how that goes)- of that group I know of 3 who had gotten botched FFS procedures from Dr O. Not a very scientific sample as far as say, formal studies are concerned but 3% of such a small list was concerning to me.
A very close and long time friend of mine considered using him a year ago (and ended up using someone else- but not due to these rumors), I expressed my concern mentioning that there are bad rumors out there and the three girls I knew who had problems with his procedures (and his refusal to correct mistakes)- and the reaction I got was pretty much I "don't know what I am talking about, am not part of the situation, and need to keep my mouth shut"- it appears of the people willing to talk about this one- there are the Dr O supporters who either don't care or ignore what has been said about the situation and those who think he is a quack- with few inbetween the two sides (then there are all the people who just don't care...). I am not claiming to have a position on him one way or an other... but what I have heard is disconcerting at the least.

wow these costs are sky high!!!
i believe that manila in the philippines have very reasonably priced doctors and the best at their profession...a lot less expensive than those Thai doctors who are able to advertise on the net or put up a website...
google Doctor Estrada and Dr. Deleon, Dr. Joaquino, Clinica Manila and you might find very reliable surgery costs information as these are the docs most of the tsgirls in Manila and Cebu, Philippines go to for their surgeries...
i had breast augmentation in manila...
chin and rhinoplasty in cebu and fat grafts to my cheeks in bangkok...
