Teo of these "Watchtowers" were supposed to be installed in Harlem to try to stem the tide of crime there. Don't get me started on the racial implications. I do not think they are being used in the Village or other places. (Yet)

I have yet to see them in Queens, they won't last long based on that design, trust me
