I have to agree with the earlier posts. Most of the comments that she makes are valid and guys should pay attention to them. Even though we are paying, it does not hurt to remember that they should be treated like a lady and we should not waste their time because their time is how they make money. However, I also am in a service business and I have several rules that she should follow. First, the person who currently is paying is worth my full attention. A phone call may represent potential money, but an actual client represents real money. Most of my business is repeat business from satisfied customers and if I left them hanging while I was on the phone I would lose them quick. Second, if I give somebody a price to do my job I do not expect anybody to tip me and I am up front with what that will buy them. Clients justifiably get pissed when they are charged more than they were told. Remember that we are your customers and that your goal is to make us happy.
