thank god when i leave the state i put an eros add and do not depend on craigs list

Ok 1st hear me out before you pass judgment.


1. I've read the poster four times. It actually does not say you are appearing there.

2. The theme of the party seems to be a 'celebration' of your AVN win.

3. Notwithstanding points 1. and 2., you still have the right to be upset.

4. You actually have the right to institute an action and have both the adverts pulled as well as compensation for them using your likeness.

It's been flagged - at least the latest ad.

And it's not whether it's a party to celebrate Allanah or not - using her name, photo and reputation is probably illegal and certainly not right.

Maybe you ought to just show up at the event with a few of your "boys" and collect your cut honey.
