Though I can't speak from experience on the local gurls, I have chatted with some online and that can sometimes give you a peek into their character.

I have found Valeria (Local), Madison and Najwa (Both visit from time-to-time) to be rather nice and intelligent. Truly, if you can't talk with them then the whole date falls flat. I also know Leah (Who is actually from the western part of the state) and think she's pretty high-end in all respects (Though somewhat of a sharp personality, I found her quite a bit of fun to be with).
