Call it what u wanna call it, hormones, silicone fake parts, Kalena still looks more naturally beautiful than some of the women i've seen in person. She's the reason I became more interested in girls like her which opened my eyes to beauty I could've missed out on otherwise. So if she is the end result of playing with hormones, surgeries and injections, than I'd say she is the only one I've ever seen do it right and not overboard like many others that venture into that world of surgical enhancements.
