I'm not quite sure what's been going on witchoo (Please don't rehash it, lest more people get torqued off), but it sounds like you had a business relationship with this gurl that went sour. Seems to be a common occurence of late, with more than a couple of wronged parties (On both sides of the respective arguments) flapping out their soiled laundry for no other reason than to rant, with the added bonus of twisting the =other= party's panties into a knot in the process.

Sorry to hear that you lost a coupla grand on the deal, but you knew the job was dangerous when you took it (Or should have at least assumed some element of risk, as in any business endeavor). As to your recouping losses via sale of 'non copyrighted' materials, that's within the realm of good business to try and minimize the financial damage. It's safe to guess that you have ironclad model releases for this material, yes? If not, then you're asking a stoopid question.

You can't sell anything unless related to adult unless you have the exclusive right to do so including completed model releases, 2257 forms and the relevant ids.
If you don't have them just cut your losses and move on.

I have truly learned alot about this community and a fair amount of it is pretty unsettling. Wish I would have known about HA before I got involved.

I honestly was led to believe that the plight that Mia said she was caught up in was based on prejudice and fear. And perhaps for the"Go with the Flow" TS crowd transitioning privately and quietly this is true. I was convinced that Mia's ultimate goal was to do good things for the TS community. Being a compassionate person, I fell for it. In reality I see she is nothing more than a "stereotype". This is disturbing to me. I suppose in the TS Escort community it's all about deception. The only thing real is their cock. Guess I'm beginning to get it.
