I think it was the BBC who reported on this event who interviewed a young woman who, having seen the eclipse decided there must be a 'higher power' or some such nonsense. I think they were in Texas.

Not sure what that higher power might be, motion and gravity perhaps?

Anyway, I spoke with Almighty God this morning, and they merely said 'Nothing to do with us. Get over it'.

If there is some kind of supreme intelligence (aka 'God') I'm pretty sure that none of these anthropomorphic concepts are applicable to it.
