Yes, that would be odd, if I did not, but I do. That is HOW I get aroused like some other asexuals. If that was unclear then maybe it is because my first language is not English. Asexuality is a complex issue. I think a lot of people who do not belong to the majority of what sexuality can be, or not be, are confusing what we think, we are with what we actually are. There are questions we do not even ask ourselves for a long time, because we do not know that that is an option. The power of being told, and / or telling yourself something for a long time can take a lot of time to unravel. You can even find people, who work with human sexuality, claiming that asexuality does not exist. Just like other areas of life, like being transgender, has been claimed to not exist, by people who, for some reason, think they must mean this, perhaps because of some religious ideas. In my view one of the best things anyone can do for themselves is questioning, and keep questioning, whatever we want, in life. In this way life can always be both a life to live, and a life to study.

Yes. What is "odd" to some is just life to others. I am also on the autism spectrum, which can seem odd to others. To me it is just me.

I have a hard time understanding what is unclear in what I have already written. Some asexuals masturbate and then we get aroused. But not before. Asexuality is about not being sexually attracted to anyone. This does not, however, mean that all asexuals do not have sex. Some do, some don't. Some prefer to masturbate. Some do not masturbate at all, I have read. It is part of a spectrum, just like other parts of sexuality is.
