A Word About Rising Costs, Chargebacks, Grooby & You!


First of all, if you are reading this, then thank you for paying and supporting us. We're acutely aware of the worldwide rising costs and the difficulties many people are having. Costs are also rising for us, as salaries, health care, servers and content production rises amonst other things, and we're doing our very best to keep the site prices as they are now for as long as we are able.


Grooby is a worldwide business, without a central office and we have key staff in the US, UK, Philippines, Norway, Spain & Serbia, with producers across the world. Our company supports many families and is made up of cis and LGBTQ staff of different ethnic backgrounds, ages and education levels. We are truly an international, all-accepting company. Although we are a profitable company, our margins are far less than most adult (non-trans) companies, and we invest your memberships back into shooting more content, which gets more money to more trans models worldwide.


I'm asking for your help, to enable us to maintain the sites at their current production levels, and pricing structure. I believe we provide an excellent service, and it's good value for money - although our pricing may be more than non-trans adult companies, we're a niche product with a much smaller (but much more awesome, accepting and cool) potential audience.


Here's a few ways to help;


DISCOUNTS - please don't ask for discounts. We rarely do one month discounts, as we find that those members join and download as much as possible, and then we don't see them again for another year. Although I understand this, it's just not feasible to run our sites that way. If the monthly price is unaffordable, please consider 3, 6 or 12 month memberships, or our ticket system which brings down the prices massively and allows us to keep shooting.
CHARGEBACKS - all our sites are membership based. This is clearly explained in two places when you join. You can cancel at any time from the customer service link at the bottom of every page of every site and get the full term access. If you chargeback you are breaking the contract you agreed to when you joined, and also committing fraud. We understand that mistakes can be made, and occassionally a cancellation period can be missed - in that case, please contact us on our customer service link and we'll try and sort something out. Don't bullshit us that you had cancelled (we have all the logs), just be honest and we'll see what we can do for you. If you contact your bank/credit card company and claim fraud (or telling them you didn't mean to rebill), then you are committing fraud against us and will leave us with no choice but to seek legal action or renumeration. This is frustrating and takes us time. When we get a chargeback, we lose that income, as well as any bank fees (which can be 15% in the adult industry) and a chargeback fine from the bank. We will pass this onto you - and we will block you from our sites, as well as blacklist you across other sites. This isn't something we want to do, and we'd much rather get a customer service email from you - and see what we can do. I really appreciate your understanding on this.


Nearly all our sites have special offers attached. This is a way for you to get a great discount on a site when you are paying for another site. Just deselect it if you don't want it. This is common marketing practise across the whole of the internet, not just adult. If you took it by accident and don't want it, then contact us before logging in, and we'll make sure you get refunded right away.
PIRACY - it's a never ending battle against piracy and we spend $10,000s a month in an attempt to keep our content off pirate and tube sites. I don't understand why someone would pay for a site like this, admire and enjoy the models and then upload the content for free for someone else. If you do, we do have methods in place to track you - and we will be taking full legal measures against you. We don't have a choice, we need to do that to regain some of the money you have cost us and we're not going to be playing nice. Those of you who are employed, or own your businesses will understand how much theft hurts you and your co-workers, it's the same for us. It is not a victimless crime. This isn't aimed at people who share a few photos on social media, but those who download and share our video content.
We do appreciate that sites like ours are a luxury, after living expenses have been paid - and that many people cannot afford everything we show, but we're contatantly striving to give you the best value for money, with bonus content and enhances features. We've recently hired new staff to work on making the sites easier to use, and added features (which you may have spotted) and we've plenty planned for the future.


Grooby is in it's 27th year. We're not planning on going anywhere - but to continue to deliver all these wonderful, unique girls from all over the world, we just need you to please, please be mindful of the above and help us ensure to longevity of this company, which we all love working for.
