The Twitter account holder Anastasia Maria Loupis is a dedicated conspiracy theorist who has regularly attacked the Covid Vaccination programme, has posted tweets saying Zelensky is in Denmark (where she lives) to 'scam more money' and refers to Pride Week with the slant that is not something that should happen. The mere fact that she references the video with the name of Dr Mengele, and without any further information on the video, should have rung alarm bells.

Moreover, in the tweet linked below she links a young father going ballistic at a meeting of Santee City Council in California, about a trans woman masturbating in a women's lavatory, without knowing, as I assume he doesn't, that the instagram account of TroonyToons identified on the screen, originated in one of the 'Kiwi Farms' website productions whose aim is slur and demean trans people, in which case I believe the video was a deliberate attempt to attack trans people.
