Lithium batteries are for anything rechargeable.

It is known as the 'Resource Curse'. I used to have a comprehensive review article on it but I moved earlier this month and have had to put a lot of things into storage and can't recall the author or title.

The "divide and conquer" after-effects are still unfortunately present on the African continent....
