    Does it have the knowhow to make its own? We'll see. It's not just the technical capacity, but marketing too.

    And Zimbabwe even post-Mugabe must be corrupt asf. They can talk about not letting foreigners build factories but then they should watch for their own people's greed.

    It is known as the 'Resource Curse'. I used to have a comprehensive review article on it but I moved earlier this month and have had to put a lot of things into storage and can't recall the author or title.
