I don't think China gets to decide what rules apply to users in other countries, just like any US company doesn't decide what can go on in China (hey, f@ck censorship and CCCP, good luck with that lol)

I follow a few trans girls on TikTok and some of them are pretty explicit about their sexuality, so I don't think that had anything to do with the ban. They should explain the reason for the ban, I'd at least try to contact them if they have not.

Social media companies set their own rules. TikTok is Chinese-owned and all Chinese companies are subject to control by the Chinese government. It has a history of political censorship.

Most likely, they perma-banned Nikka just because she is a known porn performer, but personally I wouldn't use it because it is an arm of the CCP at the end of the day.
