    Default Protected sex risk?

Hi recently took plunge and received anal with condom from trans for first time? Sadly this last week I’ve started worrying a lot about STDs/HIV etc…
Just wondering if anyone has had any issues even when used protection or if people in my position deem condoms suitable enough precautions.
    Thanks

If the condom was worn properly and kept on the whole t8me, you should have very little to worry about, unless the condom broke at some point. Nothing is 100 preventative expect for complete abstinence

HIV is not the end of the world. Not worth stressing over. Get tested and you will be fine regardless the outcome of the test.

Sadly I am stressed. So much so I’m making myself ill. Given my encounter is this irrational?

That’s what is scary. I always thought an intact condom would provide 100% protection. Do people know people who’ve caught HIV/STDs whilst correctly and consistently using condoms?

You should not be giving anyone advice like this man… seek mental help. HIV can potentially be fatal, you sound like you want to spread it so you won’t feel alone, this is exactly why anyone who is reading this, be extremely careful think twice about your decisions.

My advice was to get tested. Knowing your status is how you take away the stress he is having about STDs.

Knowing your status protects your future partners, so you don't spread it.

My advice is about HIV not being the end of the world is because HIV has been stigmatized so much that people that might have been exposed go years without getting tested because they're scared to death of getting a positive result. They end up hurting themselves by foregoing potential treatment if they're poz and they expose others to it.

I don't want anybody to get this. That's why I advise him to get tested.

Appreciate advice generally will always be get tested. And I will. But I was just trying to engage. There are obviously people who see trans girls a lot, some not so much, some will have families and normal lives, I was just wondering if anybody had had an unfortunate experience whilst being completely safe during the act.
