I have taken to watching several trans women on YouTube , like Mathilda Hogberg (Sweden) , Maya Henry , Renna Williams , Isla and so on . They all share the same issue , on estrogen and testosterone blockers they do lose the ability to gat and maintain elections , not really news of course. So how do trans porn stars perform , do they cycle one and off ? Viagra obviously, do some inject alprostadil ?

I recently heard an interview with an award winning 20-something male performer who said that he uses Viagra, and the way he said it made me think he uses it for every scene. And this is someone not taking estrogen etc.
