Please help save my friend

I hope this type of post is allowed, I couldn't see anything in the rules to say otherwise. I’m throwing myself at the feet of the community here, because I’m desperate, and can’t think of any other options. There’s a lovely Philippine girl on cb, trans of course, with whom I have become a real friend over the last few years, even though we’ve never met (of course, it being cb, the initial interest was purely sexual, but our relationship very quickly transcended that). She has let me into her life, and shared her ups and downs with me (and there have been a LOT of downs: her father left before she was born, and her mother died a few years later, so she was brought up by her aunts). I’ve “met” her family over Skype.

The thing is, on top of all the problems associated with being a trans camgirl in the Philippines (it’s an imprisonable offence), she has health issues, not the least of which is diabetes. Here in the UK she would be treated by the National Health Service, but of course there’s nothing like that in Phil, and the cost of the medicine she needs is frightening. I send her all I can, but I’m on basic government pension, and married (go ahead and judge me, I don’t care), and it’s not enough.

I’ve heard from the girl’s aunt this evening (I’m not giving her name at this point) that she has tried to take her life because she is in so much pain, and needs hospital treatment. Please, can anyone help by sending money to help with her medical costs (and what is the best way to do this? Gofundme, or is there a better option?)? As I said, I’m married, so I need to preserve my personal anonymity if possible.

Sorry to be so cynical but plenty of the people in this 'community' have been here before. If she has a CB account, you are not the only source of income and support she has. You might has well put £10 on Commodore in today's Grand National.

It's a con.
I've heard this 100's of times. Some poor, old, married do-gooder who feels like he's struck up a relationship with a pretty girl online, is given a sob story and robbed of his pension.
