Using the term 'Shemale' is not considered acceptable these days.

I can think of two, in a positive and negative sense -

Fatal Attraction is a nasty film which sets out to demonize women, and thus if the character played in the film by Glenn Close were played, for the sake of argument, by Gia Darling, one can assume Texans would be screaming at the decline of the American Man and the existential threat transexuals pose to Western Civilization -as defined in Texas, which does rather beg so many questions we don't need to ask.

Pulp Fiction, on the other hand, presents the intriguing possibility that Marcellus Wallace has a transgendered girlfriend though the assumption in the scene in the basement later on the film suggests he is not that into anal sex. But a few tweaks and it might work -by which I mean the film, not Wallace's ass.

Maybe, but it wouldn't prevent Mulholland Drive from being the meretricious crap that it is, being a film by David Lynch, one of the most over-rated directors in the US.
