Cocktails in the Bellagio are pretty good. Expensive, but good. You can eat Italian in the Venetian, and I did once see a high class hooker in the Wynn, so my companion told me. And if it is still there, the Beverley Hillbilly slot in the Sahara is so old it pays out $65 on a cycle of three hits once you work out the sequence.
