an HRT question for the girls on here and anyone else who knows about hormones and hr
Started HRT monotherapy in Dec 2019 (estradot patches, then progynova pills and recently (start of Dec 2021) estradiol valerate injections (20mg/ml) at a low dose for the first 12 months or so then to higher doses of pills then to injections recently for medical reasons as well as to transition to a non binary more feminine body state, no dysphoria down there so no surgery planned anywhere, happy with what my body is doing and all just with meds...
The query is: how can I (if at all) balance hormones in such a way that down below still works properly, at present I know I'll have to come off HRT to bank sperm if I'd like more kids...just I see photos and just wonder how it's done by some...
Thank you for your time
P.s. can I change my username on this or is it stuck?

Hormone therapy is not my expertise but I do know that if you want to stay with your penis working Spiro is not a good idea.
Your best bet is Orchidectomy to get rid of 90% of the male hormone Testosterone.
You will have to take a small dose of Testosterone to keep bone health, immune system health, libido,to maintain and have erections ect.
Even a Nullo can ejaculate prostate fluids with no sperm.
Have a sperm bank preserve your sperm for future use and get castration and Estrogen/progesterone implants which will let you feminize much better and soften up add the $$$$ expensive HGH and you'll get better feminization including breast growth,hips/butt.
Spiro after about 6months inhibits breast growth and stops you from getting Testosterone levels in the High Female range.
You need testosterone to get and maintain erections.
Testosterone also determines penis size.
If you don't get erections/nocturnal emissions in your sleep your penis will shrink and you will have problems getting and maintaining erections.those nightly erections are important for penis health ,size , maintainence of erections and hardness of erections.
Even GG women get erections of there clitoris and other vagina organs like the mound Venus, vagina lips ect.
If you don't use it you lose it.
Chastity devices, some extreme tucking for long periods of time all cause impotency.

The prettier the feminine Transsexual the less likely they will have a large working penis because Estrogen is a Antiandrogen (works against testosterone).
Testosterone is need to have and maintain hard erections.
Spiro after is the enemy to erections because it's an Antiandrogen.
Spiro also after 6months cause male pattern viseral fat around the stomach that cannot be Liposuctioned away safely.
