I know it will Knighthawk. I’m just waiting for my lease to be up in July so I can finally move out and not live with my ex. I know 2022 will be an amazing transformative year for me❤️

OMG. You are stuck in a lease with your ex ? I tried that once. Awful, horrible, experience. I don't advise it... Ended poorly, as in she left anyway and stuck me with the whole damn thing. If there's anyway you can get out, well, get out. If you can rustle up 3 months of the lease talk to the landlord. Offer him/her half the remaining up front to let you out now but get it in writing cause landlords are like lawyers. You know their lying because their lips are moving.

As an old dude with years of experience remember this. Never, ever, ever, sign a contract with someone you are not married too. Don't co-sign loans, enter into a lease, or the worst of all, buy a house with someone you are not married too.

My niece was going to buy a house with her girl friend. I told her to get married first. She said she didn't want to marry her.

Me: Oh. So you will buy a house with her but you won't marry her? What happens if you want to break up ? You're stuck with this damn house.

Niece: Oh crap. You are right.

Anyway I'm old and love to get on my soapbox and give advise. Good luck with your career and hope you can resolve your EX situation soon. You are in an extremely uncomfortable position and it must be very difficult.

Yes it’s pretty bad. We get along though and both are in agreement that this is awkward but he wants me to finish off the lease since his mom is actually my co-signer as well. So I’m just waiting off these last 8 months so I can have proper rental history while I’m also working on raising and actually having a credit score for the first time in my life since I don’t have any of my own family support since I was disowned at 19. I understand your advice fully and would love nothing more than to run away but at the same time I’m a realist and need to make sure all my ducks are aligned before moving to the west coast to continue to embark more passionately on my career in the adult industry. This is why I also don’t drink or smoke or do any drugs of any sort because I need to have a handle on my life and how to navigate through it without numbing all the pain away.
