Great thread and you are a great and gorgeous performer. A word about moving to the west coast. Rents here in LA are astronomical and getting worse all of the time. The Bay Area is even more expensive. And the rest of CA (SD, OC) is pretty tame and lame.
You may want to line up a roomate because in most decent neighborhoods a one bedroom is going to cost at least $2,000 per month, and two bedrooms $2,500. Also, you are going to need a car and parking, so make sure it's included or at least available.
Try for the San Fernando Valley (Burbank, NoHo) or Hollywood and surrounding areas.
