So a real question. Maybe a bit forward. Do you subscribe to the notion of a "Third sexual identity" negating the binary choices. Better yet, how many sexual identities are there?

Second question. Wheel of Time. Any love? If I remember correctly, Sci-fi and Fantasy are genres you are interested in. Some favs? My all time is the Watchmen, graphic novel and film versions. The film especially the recent HBO sequel.

Thank you zaphod! That’s really so sweet. Yeah I definitely don’t view myself at all and I’m happy to speak with anyone in here. Exactly we are all humans with feelings and it’s important to make real human connections through love and humility.

I believe there to be 2 sexual identities based off scientific data, however I also believe everyone has the choose to choose which gender they feel most comfortable even if it isn’t of the scientific ones. I also believe in respecting other peoples choices if they are non-binary and don’t relate to either gender. So In essence I believe there to be an infinite amount since many people have there own personal preferences.

I love watchmen, I actually saw the premiere when I was little with my dad. My favorite sci fi movie is Prometheus and my favorite drama film is Babel. You should go watch them and tell me what you think

I will watch them! I have seen neither. I will post then. I am so waiting for the next season of West World. The remake of Dune also got my attention. I am hoping for a sequel to Sci Fi movie "Enders Game" Squid Games meh.

Give me a some inside tips for watching Prometheus and Babel. I am familiar with mythology and history. Do they follow the the same themes?

Spoiler alert for those going to see Prometheus for the first time.

Itzel, I just got done watching Prometheus 2 minutes ago. More provoking than Alien series. A Sci Fi horror film genre, but I believe the real story is in the religious overtone. The same tool Melville used in Moby Dick. I like idea of a creational myth intertwined within a story of a mankind destruction story. It brings forth the discussion of Sodom and Gomorrah. What happens if the Great Flood is averted? We naturally would search and QUESTION whether the OTHERS point of view is relevant! Another significant question within the flood story is "Can God be surprised?. But I digress.

Having David as an android, coldly following the laws of nature is a nice touch. His question "Does it matter? is his attempt to reconcile with a Homo sapiens thought process. Mans very nature is to discover causality with a self centric point of view. David sees the whole picture. His response, "I think I can navigate to the Engineer's home is like saying WHATEVER.

The movie surprised me. Most reviews stop at a sci fi horror film explaining the origins of the Alien series superficial glossing of the religious core.

I am in Season one, 3rd episode of Raised by Wolves. HBO max original series also directed by Ridley Scott. It appears to be similar to Prometheus in that it it is a polar opposite storyline. But with the same creation destruction religious undercurrent. Prometheus (exploration by Shaw) Raised by Wolves ( escape by Mother). Where Ridley goes in the future Seasons will be interesting.
