Did a quick glance at the complaints. Things like male and female pronouns being assigned based on voice and not genitals, apparently there is also some type of fetishization on trans people and some other stuff. The main characters aren't trans and some other stuff.

Cyberpunk 2077's character creator let's you individually choose you body type, voice, and genitals. The characters in the game will refer to you be the gender of your body type. There is no "they/them" option.
