Vaniity reveals she is HIV positive

My brother was diagnosed HIV positive in 1992, same year as Magic Johnson. I was praying he could survive 5 years. Lo and behold the new drugs come out.... and he survived until 2012!

It wasn't HIV that killed him. He smoked and drank himself to death.

Sad. I miss him terribly. I loved my brother. Still do.

Has been out of the scene for nearly a decade, pretty obvious drug problem & skitzo posting on twitter/insta.. probably burned all her bridges at this point unfortunately

I wish Vaniity well and am saddened to hear she is HIV positive. It's not easy to know what to say that's heartfelt but also strikes the right tone.

Sometimes people hear sad news about a star in adult films and say something sexual and it seems like a weird contrast in response to serious news (see Bostonbad's idiotic comment at the top). I wish her nothing but the best of health and happiness.
