How to post a picture

How do you post a picture please

Click on the Insert Image icon (the framed tree icon in the middle of the group of five on the right) and then you can either use the browser to pick a file from your computer or supply a Hyperlink address on the other tab.

This no longer seems to work. Nothing happens when I click "Choose Files" in the "Insert Image" popup when I want to add an image to a post.

You must actually download the image from the internet to your computer first , did you do that? It should end up in your "downloads " file on your computer.
