I think it depends where you live. When I lived in San Francisco, there were many trans women who had regular jobs and lives and did not do porn or escort. I live in the midwest now, and on rare occasions, I'll see a trans woman who has a regular job. I went to a bar once that had a transgendered bartender. This was a small neighborhood bar, and she enjoyed flashing her tits at the customers. Even though this was a straight bar, and many people figured she was trans, because of her voice, nobody really cared. I also recently saw a young trans girl working at a Taco Bell. Sometimes, though, you can't always tell so easily. Occasionally I will see a trans woman advertising on Doublelist. I've heard through HA that they also advertise through regular dating sites, although I'm not on any of these, so I don't know. Trans women are not always easy to find.

I would have to say it depends on where you are looking for girls. I live in the Bay Area but have meet girls all over the country for fun that don’t work in the industry. There is many sites you can use to find girls for fun.

but it depends on the country. Places like Brazil or much of Asia still don;'t have strong trans rights, so sex work is one of the few places for them.
