Sounds great when you can choose which of the 'five wives' to have sex with as and when you want, maybe a threesome, or all five, if none of whom have anything else to do. Expensive, if none of them work.

But what about Polyandry, where you are one of five husbands, and must wait your turn to have sex with any of the women on your list, or with her and some other guy or guys you might not like? And suppose you are the one who is sent out to work to provide the food and clothing and the rent for everyone else? Also expensive. And, like polygamy, I suspect, a source of competition and conflict in the home.

if polygamy was legal, i'd have only 2. i'd definitely keep my wife as i love her dearly and quite favor her vagina.
