I have always been largely indifferent to a girl's nutsack, even going to far as not to care if a girl is castrated or not. That said, I think I prefer tight nutsacks.

I can say that in my experience with transwomen, I never paid attention to their balls except when moving them out of the way. I never sucked on a girl's balls or held on to them. There just isn't much there to entice me.
