Back to Houston. Are there still bars, clubs or areas to meet TS ladies?

I will be visiting Houston after a long absence. Back in the day, there were a couple of clubs like JR's in the Montrose area with TS shows also attended by many ladies. There was also a an area near Bissonnet and 59 famous for TS ladies just walking down the street. Are these areas still interesting for someone looking to meet a lady? Any suggestions as to clubs, bars or parts of the city where TS ladies may still be found?
