This one is based on a straight-forward measurement with measuring tape resting on top (extremely accurate). She cheats it by a half inch, showing 8.25 but actually 7.75 non bone pressed (NBP). The girth is quite accurate between a range of 5-5.25. That would mean a girth fairly above average but the length is the impressive bit with Dominique. 7.75" is statistically in the 99.95 percentile. The second longest that's been proven on this thread!
