Lenght (ignoring the curve) = 7.47" / 18,97cm
Lenght (considering the curve) = 7.54" / 19,15cm

Considering the angle, etc. I guess in reality she's 6.5-7" / 16,15-18cm

Right, bc it's on the SAME plane. Your examples just highlight my point about planes and perspective. Regardless of the camera angle (unless it's like zero degrees or something), you can measure quite accurately on a single plane.

Look, I even used a perspective ruler to put an end to this.
