Yeah I think it's more deceptive than there being much of an actual difference. The top measurement is the way to go. unless the curve is like severe it wouldn't really change it that much. It's hard to get "ideal" measurements anyway. Erica Cherry's measurement, for example, is very conservative. She's not 100% hard bc if she was that thing curves up big time.
