Is it hypocritical when law says its legal to have sex but illegal if you pay escort?

It sure seems that such a law is hypocritical because its 100% legal for consenting adults to have sex or share some kind of sexual activity(s) together, but if a guy gives her money for that sexual activity they just shared all of sudden it becomes illegal?????

I don't think that law has the right to exist because it clashes with another law that clearly states sharing sexual activities between consenting adults is legal. An act that is legal should not and cannot be deemed illegal if money is exchanged. Thats like saying its legal to eat a hamburger but it becomes illegal if you pay for one. Its hypocrital plain and simple.

It seems such a law that makes a sexual act between consenting adults who have made a choice by their own freewill to be illegal just because money was exchanged seems to be hypocritical and therefore a miscarriage of justice. Anyone agree?

Thats what it is, unrighfull control because they have the power. Notice in those countries how controlling men are of women with marriage laws that she cannot have any other partners, she must only have him where shes not even happy. Thats a way where men got together in those countries to write such a law to have control over you know what.

And then there are laws in other countries where she can take his house and he has to pay her monthly without getting any. And thats legal and ordered by courts. At least when a guy pays for a sexual service, its all fair game, she gets what she wants and needs and he gets what he wants and needs, its fair both ways but not in a marriage.(unless he licks her pussy and she finally gets some).

Besides the fact that paying for a sexual service should be legalised because sexual activity between adults is legal, (something legal should not be deemed illegal if money is exchanged-this needs to be written in the laws), it wouldn't be fair if a man didn't pay the more pretty, sensuous and wanted gender(female or shemale), he gets what he wants and needs and so does she. They need to earn a living you know. People/laws should not take that away from them when such activity between adults is legal.

Like adultery is illegal in some countries, and there is not necessarily any coercion involved.

Prostitution is illegal often because of religious or uptight conservative reasons.

Hypocrisy is not the right word. It would only be hypocritical if people advocating laws against paying for sex were seeing prostitutes themselves. Whether these laws are appropriate or fair is another matter.
