As unpopular as it is with Leftists, folks with a dick still attached should not be housed in places sheltering women and children.

I'm sorry Trans people somewhat fall into the "not fish, not fowl" category, but you need to do what is safest for the women and children.

Just imagine if a women's shelter has to let a man stay there if he wears a dress and claims to be transsexual; a recipe for disaster. Just for the record I don't think transexuals themselves for the most part are dangerous to women and children (but I do think men pretending to be transsexual in order to access women's bathrooms and women's shelters are a danger to said women).

Threads like this make it seem that the Trump Administration is being mean to transexuals for the sake of being mean to transexuals. As stated above there is a good rationale for the policy change.

Shelters don't house random adults with women and children. A women's shelter should have no problem providing rooms for transwomen. Children are housed with their parents, otherwise they end up in foster care.

Pretending the Trump administration's change in policy is a safety issue for non-transpeople living in shelters is bullshit.


And where are right wingers getting this fantasy that heterosexual men are marauding around in makeup and high heels pretending to be trans so they can prey on unsuspecting women and children???

Trump is already trying to kick transpeople out of the military. The man is an asshole.

The Military is for defending the country, and is not a social science experiment. It is somewhat obvious that you never bothered to serve in the military, and have nary a clue concerning national defense.


While Transsexuals are generally nice folks, with their accompanying issues they don't belong in the military.
